We don't restrict the Server to a certain Population. The daily language should be English but like in the real World, every language is allowed to be spoken.
Server Rules
§ 1. Basic Rules
§ 1.1 The name of the character:
§ 1.1.1 Must consist exclusively of alphabetical letters and match the medieval times.
§ 1.1.2 Must contain less than 20 letters.
§ 1.1.3 The Guild Name should not be political or racist.
§ 1.2 To take advantage of in-game bugs and to modify game clients for giving yourself a competitive edge is prohibited. Zero tolerance towards cheating. No glitching through gates or doors. You will be banned. No exploits. No floating logs or you'll be banned.
§ 1.3 In-Game Religions can be established and even religious wars are allowed but do not insult a Player for his or her believe.
§ 2. Global Chat Rules
§ 2.1 The only languages allowed in Global Chat is English . Embrace globalization.
§ 2.2 No verbal abuse towards other players due race, nationality, sex, or believes. Behave as you would face to face.
§ 2.3 No politics or religion discussions on global chat. Keep those to yourself.
§ 3. Griffing Rules
§ 3.1 No building or digging mines near enemy bases. At least 30 squares minimum distance.
§ 3.2 No covering enemy plowed fields with soil.
§ 3.3 No deconstructing planted buildings put down by other players.
§ 4. Stealing, Raiding and Killing
§ 4.1 Stealing is allowed. There's no limit to the amount you can steal. If you can carry it, you can take it. But if you get caught and die it's your fault.
§ 4.2 Stealing by means of social engineering is allowed. Don't request Admin help if someone didn't honor his word. You should know better!
§ 4.3 Raiding is allowed after a war declaration which has to be announced public 12 hours before.
§ 4.4 Offline Raiding is strictly prohibited and will be punished strictly.
§ 4.4.1 Exception is the Combatlogging. ( the logging-out during a raid that has been announced)
§ 4.5 The attacker ́s main base must not be attacked by another Guild while they are raiding themselves.
§ 4.6 In case the raid has ended successfully, the defenders have a three-day raid protection, which they need to apply for, from the admins (teamspeak or steam group).
§ 4.7 The raid protection expires as soon as the clan holds a raid on any main base.
§ 4.8 In case that a Player does not follow the given rules of the Server the admins will perform a Jury Trail, the jury will consist of a random Number of Players that will vote for the future of the condemned Player.
§ 4.9 After a war deceleration the fighting clans are allowed to kill each other without any announcement.
§ 5. Base Raiding Rules
§ 5.1 It's not allowed to dig tunnels under your enemy' walls.
§ 5.2 You can not use logs to build a legal ladder and breach walls. No floating logs!
§ 5.3 No spawn killing after one kill if the defender yields. Defender MUST remain in the yield position to have kill immunity. Killing a yielded defender after the first kill is considered grieffing. If defenders are running, walking around or trying to flee the area it's game on again.
§ 5.4 Defenders merely sitting after being killed are not officially surrendered and therefore not immune to be killed again. May the attacker have mercy on your soul. If you want kill immunity, yield and remain yielded until the attackers leave!
§ 6. Construction Rules
§ 6.1 Avoid unnecessarily constructed structures. ( like buildings that have been used to skill smelting etc.)
§ 6.2 Tir 1 (Camps) Monuments are not allowed to build any kind of defense walls.
§ 6.3 Tir 2 (Village) Monuments are only allowed to build wooden defense walls.
§ 6.4 Tir 3 (Fortress) Monuments are allowed to build wood and stone defense walls.
§ 6.5 Tir4 (Castle) Monuments are allowed to build every sort of defense walls.
§ 7. Combat Rules
§ 7.1 Logging out of the game during combat is not allowed.
§ 7.2 If you initiate an attack against another player or players, you're NOT allowed to flee into the water to avoid death. If you initiate combat you're denied the right to flee into water.
§ 7.3 PvP is active during weekend (Friday till Sunday from 18:00-21:00)
